We have a 90 Day Return/Exchange Policy on our GigaClocks, if the product stops working because of a mechanical or electrical defect within that time period. If you would like to return or exchange your product because your are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within the 90 Day period.
If your GigaClock is deemed to be a mechanical or electrical defect and can not be fixed, you must do the following:
• Contact us for support.
• Have proof of purchase (email receipt).
• Follow all our instructions on returning your product.
• Return your undamaged purchase in the original packaging (We don’t want any further damage).
• Let us examine returned product, so we can issue a refund or exchange.
We do not refund shipping cost or pay for cost of shipping for your return.
